No work begins until a line-by-line checklist of the work has been agreed in writing. That checklist is the contract. Anything not on it is not included, and additions are quoted before they are carried out.Quotations
Quotations are flat-rate against the agreed checklist, with no hidden fees. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Where a site audit is needed to quote accurately, the audit is free.Access
You provide access to the property at the agreed time, by attendance, key, or fob. Every operative is DBS checked. If we cannot gain access, the visit is treated as a cancellation inside 24 hours.Cancellation
Cancellations more than 24 hours before a booked visit are free of charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for a contribution towards the scheduled crew time.Insurance and liability
We hold £1M public liability cover. Certificates, company certifications and regulatory records are available for audit before you sign. Limits of liability and the claims process are to be confirmed.Payment
Payment terms, invoicing schedule and late payment charges are to be confirmed.Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
