If we carry out a site audit we also hold the written scope, the checklist, and the photographic verification taken at sign-off.Why we hold it

Nobody outside Kerdos Pro Solutions, except where we are required to disclose records to our insurer, our accountant, or a regulator, or where you have asked us to report to your letting agent or facilities manager.How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become contracts are deleted once the quotation has lapsed. Contract records, including checklists and verification photographs, are retained for the period our insurer requires. Exact retention period to be confirmed.Your rights
